Our Core Tests

While we are able to test hundreds of internet metrics, only some of them are considered vital to your understanding of your internet connection. These select few are our core tests. Our core tests are download and upload speed, latency, and packet loss.

Every volunteer has access to these core tests from their dashboard and you may even have access to a few more from your Analytics page (see Introduction to Your Dashboard for more information), depending on which study you’re a part of.
