Stopping Volunteering

Last updated 6 months ago

Thinking about no longer volunteering? First, let us help you with any concerns you have; we value your opinion and the time you have spent with us. We may be able to help you, and in so doing, any others who have similar concerns.

The success of our can be measured by the amount of valid data provided to create each report. This data is captured and provided by volunteers like you. By keeping your Whitebox connected for as long as possible you allow your regulator to paint an accurate picture of the internet performance in your country.

If you’re still set on leaving, simply let us know and, if possible, recycle your Whitebox.

We cannot currently accept Whitebox returns: you should instead dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way. Before you dispose of your Whitebox, email us at so that we know to remove you from our database as a volunteer. Note: Do NOT try to sell or give the Whitebox to anyone.
