Logging in to your account is done through SamKnows’ parent company, ThousandEyes, though the process is seamless and still only requires one email address and password. If you are an existing volunteer whose login has been transferred from SamKnows to ThousandEyes, then you will have received a password reset email. No password reset email? See Lost Access to Your Email Account for support details.
If you’re having problems logging into your account, try these simple steps to restore your access.
If you can’t remember your password:
On the ThousandEyes login page, click Forgot Password? on the bottom right of the login pane.
Enter the email address associated with your SamKnows account and click Send Reset Link.
If you have an account associated with the email address you entered, you will receive a message from us.
Note: password reset emails should arrive in minutes, but can take longer on some occasions.
Check your email inbox, including your spam or junk folders, and look for emails from ThousandEyes. Find the password reset email and follow the instructions detailed to regain access to your account.
Keep the following in mind when resetting your password:
Never use the same password for ThousandEyes that you use on other sites.
Don’t share your ThousandEyes password with anyone else.
Create a strong password by using a combination of uppercase, lowercase, special characters, and numbers.
If you’re unable to receive the password reset email for any reason, please contact us directly via community@samknows.com.
