Changing Your Personal Details

By keeping the installation address of your Whitebox up to date, we can continue to ensure the validity of internet performance data in rural, urban, and city areas. This is important for our national broadband reports.
You can change your name, home address and phone number from inside your account. Follow the steps below.
Log in to your account.
If you can’t remember your login details, see Logging In.
Click the user icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Select Personal details from the dropdown menu.
You can also see how to change your email address and your password.
If you have changed your ISP or package and want to update your details see Changing Providers or Packages.
Change Your Name
Beside the Name field, click Change.
Name change button Enter your first and last name into the Name field.
Change Name screen Click Save to confirm.
When you see the confirmation message, your name has been changed successfully.
Change Your Whitebox Location Details
Beside the Whitebox Installation Address field, click Change.
Enter your new full address and, phone number (and name at the address if it is different from your own) in the fields provided.
Change Whitebox Installation Address screen Click Save to confirm.
When you see the confirmation message, your address and/or phone number have been changed successfully.
