When your Whitebox is offline for a certain amount of time, you’ll receive an automated email telling you so. Here’s how to let us know:

  1. Log into your .

    • If you cannot login, see .

  2. Click on the user icon on the top right of your screen and select Personal details.

  3. Select the Email Preferences tab.

  4. Click Want to temporarily pause alerts from us?.

  5. Type the date when you will be able to reconnect your Whitebox and click Save.

It is fine to switch off your Whitebox if you will be away for some time, but it does not prevent you receiving the automated emails that it is offline. You must follow the steps above to prevent our system sending you the emails.
