Changing Providers or Packages

Ensuring you keep your broadband information up to date enables you to monitor your performance against your expected internet speeds. We also appreciate this as it ensures the validity of data included in the we feed the data into.

So, if you change your internet service provider (ISP) or broadband package (aka speed-tier), you can continue using your Whitebox to measure your internet performance. You just need to update your details in your account. Here’s how.

Updating Your Broadband Details

You can update your ISP and package details, and confirm when these came into effect, directly from your dashboard.

Note: You can only update your details once they have come into effect.

  1. Click the user icon, and select Broadband details from the dropdown menu.

  2. Click Update.

  3. Select your new ISP and package, and type in the date details.

    If your ISP or package are not listed, do not select incorrect details. Contact support.

If you have received a new router or modem as part of this change, you can find instructions on reinstalling the Whitebox at .
